  • Reducing Gear

Been on for a very long time and its time to get back down to my somewhat near 225 230 weight Im 254 now . I reduced my weekly Mg by 300mg and its been 3 weeks. Ive stop taking less prop a week and in these 3 weeks so far no weight change or strength change and honestly my Dick gets happy more often now kinda weird that is happening. I expect to feel some changes being on for so very long. Now I can never come off until its r life threatening but so far so good

    Re: Reducing Gear

you gear use isnt going to dictate much weight change man. that's going to come more from your cal intake. you need to start semi blasting and cruising for health. and cruise actually means doing a hrt dose of 50-200 or whatever gets you to a normal range. as long as you stay on top of your bloods during both you should be good to go. and for the love of god everyone that is using aas on whatever level need to do cardio and doing blood work frequently.

that boron trick i put up in your other thread will blow your mind at how much it will bump up your free test on a hrt dose

      Re: Reducing Gear

I've done the same thing quite a few times with my gear. I backed off of it quite a bit trying to drop down some. Like Guns said, it wasn't until I cut my cal intake down and switched my diet up that I really started pulling some weight off.

You will get to the point where you say F 'it and go to TRT. I would love to use 300 mg wk. but maintaining the mass was a bear and my health suffered. Holding a high LDL for indefinite amounts of time takes a toll regardless of what we do to protect your heart. I wish you the best brother.
