Each employeer has to send a check weekly to the State of NC/Child ServicesDiv of Social Services. We are undrer state law to with hold it from the employee's check and submit it to the NC Dept of Child Services.
If Va has a DSS, check with them, they may be able to help you without having to hire a lawyer

Yep thats exactly how it works. No need for a lawyer, unless to investigate the allegations of him claiming false income and expenses. But not to file.

TweetExpenses??? In Texas they only look at your income- they don't give a sh*t about your expenses- got many co-workers that had to sell everything becsude they could no longer afford to live they way the were and the judge to them they didn't care.

The same in PA and MD. They dont care what your bills or what your financial obligations are. I dont know how it works with the guys that father 18 kids by 18 different woment, but for the most part...its your gross and thats that. Thats why I dont understand why a judge is even entertaining his expenses or mortgage or whatnot.
