TweetYup magnesium works wonders. You may also need to eat some bananas for the potassium, that'll help too.

Tweeti usually only cramp the first 2-4 days after starting clen then it's smooth sailing but i have used potassium before with good results

Tweeti had the same prob, and i know now that i didnt take enough sup's or take them at the right time. but, i dont think it worked as well as the eca stack for me. had it, i would not have stopped regardless of the discomfort!
