TweetI don't think it was effective. Lipo-6 with ephedra HCL worked a lot better than clen and so did VPX Redline.

Tweeti love the 2 weeks of clen then two weeks off and durin off weeks with ephedrine...my last go around went amazing just the cramps were terrible

TweetI don't use it much anymore either, but do do remember thinking what o2 said. Its simply not as great as some people make it out to be. I love ECA - I used to get the old stacker 2s, but you can't get it anymore. Now alternating between the two , if diet and cardio are taken care of, will surely yeild good results, IMO.
