TweetI would also choose the second.... are you cutting or bulking?
Tweetcuttin,thanks yellow,I assume u got my pm,again thanks
TweetThe second should fair well for you, you could add in some BCAA powder if you wish, make it a cocktail of sorts.
Tweetthe Total Raisin bran is great, but, i believe that it has 20g of sugar per cup, I dont think that is a wise choice while trying to drop BF.
Tweetall i ever eat for breakfast is a mr shake....is this a bad idea?
TweetFor a bodybuilder and a regular individual, breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, you need whole foods for several reasons.Originally posted by josh_323i

TweetI get up at 4:15 every day so I'm tired and rushing out the door so i eat a Pro MR (dorian yates one) with a bananna and 2 scoops of peanut butter in it....what is a better and also quick option?
TweetCooked oatmeal, egg whites, pita bread, wheat bread, lean turkey, bran cereal, granola cereal, etc.
What your having is better than nothing however.
Tweetlike 3 hours later I have my first break and i eat good whole foods...so you think it would be more beneficial for me to switch those around and eat that part of my lunch for breakfast and then drink the shake on my first break?
