      I'm sick of oatmel.Anyways I bought 2 types of cereal,1 is 100% natural granola oats,honey and raisins,which is 220cals,70 from fat,total fat is 8g,sat fat is 3.5g,and 35g carbs.2nd cereal is total rasin bran,which is170 cals 10 from fat, total fat is 1g,sat fat is 0,carbs 41g.I will mix with ABB"S pure pro shake instead of milk,it has 35g of protein.How is that for a quick meal at 5 in the morning before the gym?????????????????????????

      Im getting sick of oatmeal as well, I can not eat plain, ihave to get the flavored which has like 16g of sugar per.... and actually trying to cut up some....

      any other fairly quick breakfasts out there besides eggs and turkey bacon.....
      I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.

      The second should fair well for you, you could add in some BCAA powder if you wish, make it a cocktail of sorts.

      the Total Raisin bran is great, but, i believe that it has 20g of sugar per cup, I dont think that is a wise choice while trying to drop BF.

      For a bodybuilder and a regular individual, breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, you need whole foods for several reasons.

      I get up at 4:15 every day so I'm tired and rushing out the door so i eat a Pro MR (dorian yates one) with a bananna and 2 scoops of peanut butter in it....what is a better and also quick option?

      Cooked oatmeal, egg whites, pita bread, wheat bread, lean turkey, bran cereal, granola cereal, etc.

      What your having is better than nothing however.

      like 3 hours later I have my first break and i eat good whole foods...so you think it would be more beneficial for me to switch those around and eat that part of my lunch for breakfast and then drink the shake on my first break?
