TweetO yea, lemme know what you think of my progress so far. Also i plan on clean bulking up after i get to 8%, so maybe in 3 more weeks or so. I just couldnt stand the way I looked, felt to fat, so I wanna get my abs, then keep them while I bulk. My goal is more of a model look, 220-230 7% or so. Anyways ill keep this updated every week.
TweetO yea, this is all natty also, no steroids or PH's. Just creatine mono, AMP, ALA, Multi vitamins and minerals, whey protein, and flax seed oil. 200 lbs, 19 yrs, not sure on bf %, thinking 11 now, started at 13.5. Ok, think thats all.

TweetI know what you mean Nate, but I've never been below 10% and I really wanna get down to 8 just to see what I look like when I dont have to struggle to see my abs. Im only looking to cut for about 3 more weeks, then Once i hit a good body fat im going to clean bulk for about a year to try and get up to 225 while staying below 10% the whole time. Im just one of those people who cant just bulk becuase I hate feeling fat. But yea i understand exactly why you would ask me why im cutting since Im not enourmous or anything.

TweetIll be completely honest, im just as surprised as you are about my strength. I feel like im stronger then i should be considering my height and what not, but my first 2 years of training (when i first started working out) all i did was power lifting work, so that might have something to do with it. I never really went for size or defenition, only strength. The heaviest ive ever gone was 295 for 2 at the end of my workout, so im guessing 310 give or take 5 pounds.
