I eat a high protien- low carb moderate fat diet. I do 45 min cardio a day in the AM on an empty stomach and I hit the gym monday through friday for lifting and do one body part a day.

TweetJust a quick update for those of you who have followed my progress- I had a fitness evaluation this week and since my last report have dropped another 3 inches off my waist and kept my lean mass the same. Thanks for all the posts and PMs of encouragement
