      I eat a high protien- low carb moderate fat diet. I do 45 min cardio a day in the AM on an empty stomach and I hit the gym monday through friday for lifting and do one body part a day.

      amazing progress you have there!!! i have a friend now who is in the shape of your before pic, if you have a chance, shoot me a PM with a typical days diet so i can give to him. i can't seem to convince him skipping meals will never work.

      Just a quick update for those of you who have followed my progress- I had a fitness evaluation this week and since my last report have dropped another 3 inches off my waist and kept my lean mass the same. Thanks for all the posts and PMs of encouragement
