1 cycle under my belt 500 mg sust and 400 mg deca a week, gained 37 lbs. kept most of it.
This cycle
week 1 - 13 500 mg SL Test E
week 1 - 5 30 mg russian dbol ED
week 6 - 14 135 mg fina EOD
started the dbol on Friday February 27th, did my first injection of test enanthate on Saturday....I did 625 mg to front load a little bit....I'll do the same thing next saturday....then i'll drop down to 500 for the rest of the cycle. Hopefully the test will kick in by week 4 or 5 that way. my sust didn't really kick in until week 6 last cycle.

Tweetok...today was my 6th day of dbol....nothing dramatic yet, but I don't expect anything noticeable until next week anyway. I do know this stuff is working though....it makes me very hungry....tired.....and I'm a lot harder. I haven't weighed in yet but I'm sure I've gained at least 5 lbs so far. I feel bloated already though.

Tweetok.....on my 10th day of dbol, weight is up 5 lbs....I switched to some pink thais because I wanna see if they are legit....I know the russians are legit. If the pink thais are legit....I'll get a bunch more. so I upped the dosage to 40 mg a day....I should be able to tell this week. took my second injection of enanthate on saturday....625 mg. Body fat is pretty high, but i don't care at this point. it's easy for me to lose weight....just harder to keep it off...lol. I just figure if I put on 10 or 15 more lbs of muscle, it will be easier to get leaner. And I will also be happier and be more willing to stay there. I just felt small at 220. I'm gonna do this cycle then lean out as much as possible, then do a fall cycle of test, deca and dbol.

Tweetyeah, I was very impressed with my gains my first cycle, my plans are to do everything I can to eat as much as possible when I'm taking the dbol, then after the dbol I will clean the diet up quite a bit. I really don't mind gaining a little bit of fat, as long as it's not too excessive.
Tweetok....11th day of dbol....I'm back to where I left off on my last cycle already....at least for my shoulders. I did military presses on the smith machine, 195 lbs 8-8-9. Tomorrow is leg day, Hopefully my chest is back to where I left off last cycle....I do chest on Wednesday.
Tweetok....last night was my 12th day of dbol and I squated 295 for 3 sets of 6. My back was pretty knotted up by time I was done though.....I hope it doesn't get so bad that I have to stop squating. Tonight is chest....wish me luck!
Tweetok...I'm on my 17th day of dbol....I did my 3rd injection of 625 mg Test Enanthate on saturday....it was a pretty painful injection for some reason. I'm up a little over 10 lbs so far, hoping that my chest workout is spectacular this week, I really blasted my chest last week. The back pumps are pretty intense....I think I need to drink more water. Tomorrow is shoulder day for me.....should be a good workout, my shoulders respond quite well.

Tweetmy diet isn't really consistent....I do get at least 350 grams of protein and at least 350 grams of carbs each day though. I bet I get over 600 in carbs some days. I'm really not too concerned about cutting right at this point in the cycle....I'm gonna get as much out of this dbol as I can get. I might dial the carbs down a bit when I'm doing the tren to lean out a little.
