Yesterday started my 3rd week.
Weight 228
Bench up 15lbs
Deads up 50lbs

Almost no bloat, using mild aqua-ban to help control.

Training 4 days/w all low reps heavy as possible with multiple sets
Focusing on core mass movements. Eating semi-clean w/ about 400 grams protien per day.

Have to say, this would not be possible without all of the advise on this board. It is a great resource and hope that it stays that way. Thank you for all who chimed in on my original cycle post. I will keep everyone posted. Let's hope the QV works well for me.
