      Week 8

Weight went down in week 8 to as low as 233. Guessing most was water weight since the D-Bol is over

Also noticed that my strength has slumped the past 2 weeks since off D-Bol, could be mental but I am working through it. Slump meaning about 10-15 lbs on bench. Nothing to cry over.

      Week 9

Weight is back up to 240. Strength is holding its course. I am able to push harder now without the lowerback pumps from the D-Bol. I have been switching my routine up (except for the core's) from week to week, really finding what I like best, and really keeping it interesting. I look less bloated, and feel slightly harder.

Energy and stamina are at good levels and hunger is climbing slowly. 5 more weeks till i switch out to Prop.

      No sides as of yet.

Begin week 9 and have uped my doese to 750Test and 400EQ /w.
We shall see how it feels. Blood work scheduled for Friday, I will update on Monday.

      Thanks,

      espo
