Yesterday started my 3rd week.
Weight 228
Bench up 15lbs
Deads up 50lbs
Almost no bloat, using mild aqua-ban to help control.
Training 4 days/w all low reps heavy as possible with multiple sets
Focusing on core mass movements. Eating semi-clean w/ about 400 grams protien per day.
Have to say, this would not be possible without all of the advise on this board. It is a great resource and hope that it stays that way. Thank you for all who chimed in on my original cycle post. I will keep everyone posted. Let's hope the QV works well for me.

At begining of week 5
Weight is at 234
Bench is up 25lbs total
2 more weeks of d-bol
Test is just starting to kick-in.
So far no complaints on the QV gear. No pain and feels GOOD!

Jack: I find that I respond very well to low doses for longer durations. To be honest, I am also using the EQ to cut the enan pain. Found with my last cycle and EQL enan that that the EQ made for a smooth and pain free injection.
Also, I did previously run EQ at 400mg and 200mg and noticed no different gains. We shall see. If gains start to slow, I may bump it up. Want to stay low as possible, I am new to this game and have no intention of quiting it any time soon.

Bench up 75lbs (def mental - helped me push through some fears)
Feeling wonderful! Dbol is over but the test feels good.
Lower back pumps are killing me, hope this subsides now with the dbol over. Bi/Tri and Shoulder pumps are incredible! Feels like the muscle is going to tear out of my skin. Will keep all posted around week 10.

I do believe that my diet is a huge part of this. I have really cleaned it up, eating 8 meals per day and consuming close to 350 grams pro. Getting at least 9 hours sleep everynight, and training balls-to-the-wall! I will keep updated.

TweetNot trying to bring you down, but 30lb of lean mass in 7 weeks is impossible. If you started at 20%bf and you have only gained 1%bf while packing on 30lbs, again im not bringing you down but that is hard to believe. You have to be a genetic freak.
