Today I focused on each rep, my breathing, and whatever muscle I was working at the time. I get so in a zone that it sometimes feels like I am the only one there. The tootsie gets me back to eartth

TweetYesterday, I was anxious to train but I had a whole lot of things to do at home. So I went anyway. When I got there the gym was closed because they were getting all new equipment! Have to say that this Planet Fitness is so nice already and I didn't think they needed new stuff but hey...pretty psyched for it! Hoping they got some new things Fuzo can use and I can get him to go with me there sometimes. Anyway... today is going to be a long day there!!!
