mountain if i were in your shoes and this far out from competing i would cut back on cardio to about 20-30 min 4-5x a wk until you get much closer. if i am not mistaken you are well over 20 wks out as of now so if you lean out to fast then you will be done before you get to the finish line. another way to look at it is if you are already cranking out massive sessions of cardio this early on when your progress stalls(if it does) then where do you go from there? just some ideas and observations from the outside looking in. me personally i start at 20wks out with 20mins and increase by 5mins until i hit between 40-60 if i even need to get that high. if i run into a pinch then i will do either two 30 min sessions or a 40 and 20 min session
