TweetUpdate: got my blood pressure checked today and it was def. high enough to concern me. 160/ 100. Bp sidse usually kick in for me around weeks 8- 10 when I'm on a significant test and nandrolone dose. I'm sitting at week 11 so I'm stopping my blast. 250 test c week and 30 Mgs deca a week now for my cruise.
Tweetkeep that in check man. now did you have anything that could have caused the spike, like coffee, pre workouts or something like that? also they told me i was about to kill over dead from my bp for years but it wasnt true. they werent using a big enough cuff and it made my bp way off. just a couple ideas there to toss at you. i took a preworkout and worked out then had an appointment. mine was around the same range as yours but normally i am in the 120s over 70s. so the doc wasnt concerned at all

TweetCuff was the correct size but there are other possibilities. I took my preworkout at 545 am and finished working out at 8, had a slight headache so there's the question of did the headache cause the elevated bp or did the bp cause the headache. Getting an accurate account would require a 5 day test so it may not be chronically elevTed. What I do know though is the same thing happened between week 8-10 of my last blast and it seemed to quickly lower when I lowered my doses.
