TweetAnyone here have any experience dealing with anterior pelvic tilt or sway back.
For 4 years now I have had lower back pain...disc are in great shape but SI joint gets inflamed easily.
I sit at a desk a lot and think this contributes a lot to it....plus I have postural issues...forward head, slightly rounded shoulders, and some anterior pelvic tilt.
Anyways if I squat a lot, especially deep it aggrevates the mess out of it. Deadlifts as well but not as bad.
Just seeing if anyone else has had this issue and how you went about correcting it,.
