Affirmative action...when I worked for the state I was passed over a seniority ranked spot which, by all rights I should've gotten, but went to some illiterate troglodyte solely because of his race. When I looked into it and knowing that I placed number 13th on the initial exam in my entire state, scored just above 98 out of over 3,500ppl that took the test, based on my non veteran status, I was 1st in line of eligibility. But no...this drooling idiot, who btw scored under the 50% mark and non veteran like me, got the job based on a curved score. Had he been white and scored exactly the same he would've never been hired in the first place to begin with but because this kid was black he got it over me.
He was later let go because he could not fill out the required incident reports, could not let go of that street corner hood thig9mentality, was non punctual, you name it he was it as far as poor employee performance goes...but it took so much for admin to finally fire him. Yes affirmative action...admitting certain ppl should get jobs with zero qualifications based solely on the fact of their race without actually admitting it, nothing more nothing less.
