I have an all in one type deal for liver support , PROVEN , to do wonders as a liver detox !!!
It also has other organ protection ingredients , especially the prostate !!!
It I thought it was a great video , some people just take anabolics and think that they're " The Man Of Steel " and that they don't need anything else !!!

get rid of the milk thistle, it has been proven numerous times to be completely worthless for the liver or anything else for that matter. your other supps are spot on though

I have known Dylan for years, he and I worked together as reps for Muscle Research and old outfits Need to Build Muscle, Uniquemicals, and others. I consider Dylan a friend and brother and have nothing negative to say about him, so with that said yes he is very intelligent when it comes to these topics. I have heard this too, but use it anyway along with TUDCA + NAC. Funny Dylan did not mention NAC, but those others like Artichoke Leaf and the other Boldo Leaf I will look into.
