Yes ma'am. I had a full detatchment to the largest tendon in my rotator cuff ten months ago. I did a jiu jitsu tournament and a submission only cage match last month and I did this pancration match this weekend. I am 37 so I recovered very quickly. I had to really be careful and it felt like years being out of the gym, but I took my time pushed through lots of pain and here I am back at it.

I feel good. instead of getting hammered new years eve, I fought and then trained the next two days. It feels like I am growing up or something.

Although I don't know how they can expect in situations like that that you avoid contact to the face. That's the problem I had when I tried boxing out one time. I couldn't stop myself from trying to grab the other person or use my legs LOL
