Agree any veggie is better with cheese but back to the subject. The pizza idea is null and void because the tomato sauce and peppers are loaded with sugar?
we have found sauce that is sugar free tixie lol but peppers are no no lol. 5g grams of sugar or 50g of sugar is still going to illicit an insulin release which is going to result in fat storage when in a cal def. if trying to strip max bodyfat then i would steer clear of any and all sugars as much as possible
Say what? ive never heard of that before. how does that happen??
ok here is an example. say you have a product that contains 3g of sugar and 3g of fiber. inside your body the sugar attaches to the fiber and gets pulled from your body and isnt utilized. this is the theory that dr atkins based some of his zero impacting carb sources off of. also if you are using fiber supps to help aid in digestion if they contain sugars they are ultimately worthless. the sugar in the supp sticks to the fiber and it pretty much loses all its benefits.
now having said that about fiber and sugar, you still have to be weary of the cal content of anything you eat because cals will sneak up on you really quick

This is an old thread worth revisiting. I made a pizza with cauliflower crust. But refer to guns01 comment about sugar content during a cal deficit and I shouldn't have had those peppers on it.
