This guy actually died a few hrs later at the hospital. Spotters he had are worthless!!

The 34 year old Russian athlete Igor Golushkin almost died in the powerlifting competition August 25, 2012 City Shahty.
Because of the accident he had serious injuries at his heart, diaphragm, ribs (broken) and abdominal cavity (which was torn). This unfortunate accident happened when he was attempting to lift 400 pounds or 185kg. Many suggest that the spotters didnt pay enough attention, allowing this tragic accident to happen.
