I watched it without any audio so I dont know what the cops are saying to defend this piece of crap. That girl did not have a chance and she didnt show any signs of resistance whatsoever. He could have really messed that kid up bad. Slamming her head into the wall and then her head hits concrete ground. He could have just walked up to her and she probably would not have resisted. This dude needs to be fired immediately and made an example...what an aholeComment

What the LEO did was a little overkill, well maybe A LOT overkill, but I think she did need to be arrested for assaulting a teacher. If she showed up to school drunk, especially at the age of 15 the school should have notified the police and had her detained well before her and her mother started fighting in the parking lot. Looks like the mother is partial to blame for how she is raising her daughter. I am by no means defending the LEO's actions, if he can't strong arm a 15 girl without using the Steve Austin Spear, then his puss ass needs to get a stick to the head and be fired anyway. if that was my kid i'd be in jail for more than resisting arrest.no frigging doubt.assholes like that only act like that cause they can abuse their power.i used to see it all the time when i was in LE.
we'd get these young scared wanna be tough guys right outta the acadamy,green as grass,timid as shit and after 6 months to a year they think they can do whatever they want.pull over anyone,say things to people just to provoke them and give out tickets like they were lottery tickets.usually they weeded themselves out one by one but some are still on.
now that i'm no longer involved in LE i see guys in my hometown who i knew when we were in school that used to get pummeled on a daily basis become cops and are hardasses,they think anyway.

he should not have smacked her but when a cop tells you to stop after assaulting a teacher you should not be defiant and walk away.

Funny, we had a fifteen year old girl in Portland get bean bagged in the leg a few months ago. she and her "gangsta" buddies where involved in an assault/mugging at a light rail stop, the police asked her to stop because they wanted to question her, she basically told him "f#ck you, I aint talkin' to no police" in typical gangsta fashion, so the officer sorta grabbed her by the arm when she turned and socked the guy in the jaw and comenced to striking him, she was just going ape s#it ! so this other cop nearby bean bagged her in the leg. Everybody made a big deal out of it till they shown the video of it,..then folks changed their minds really quick in favor of the officer. Now granted I probally wouldn't have bull rushed the kid okay, but if I was a cop I wouldn't wait for her to turn around and stick me or try some defiant smart ass bulls#it either. no way should he have knocked her down on the cement like that ! Just kinda wonder why the family didn't press charges ?Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
