  • Kick Boxing,MMA Cardio

    Since ive been doing this kick boxing I cant beleive how much I have improved on my cardio. It was truly amazing trying to do it the first time until now and its even getting better.I strictly was a lifter no cardio. I would ride the bike to warm up or go bike riding out side but to do what the have you doing,Omg its tough. But like I said earlier if a little dude gets ina fight with a big guy bodybuilder and that big guy doesnt have any cardio say good night big guy,lol. make sure everyone has there cardio in place

    I used to think I had descent cardio just from playing sports and what not...but when I started BJJ and had to roll for 30-45 minutes at a time, man was I wrong!! I couldn't last 10 minutes. My cardio got better and got better fast. But that was by far the hardest thing I had ever done as far as cardio is concerned.

      agree. add stand up and its even worse. makes me wanna puke when we drill with up downs. (down: escape from mount or side control for 1 minute up: go full power on the focus mits 1 minute and repeat over and over)
