it's being upheld and no new hearing is going to happen. only other step is taking it to the scotus which i very seriously doubt is going to happen. so how bad will this hurt the patriots this year? and his legacy as well?

How long is the suspension? It will hurt the pats but not his legacy. The deflate gate stuff is a friggen joke.
