HE WAS TAGGED THE FRANCHISE PLAYER AND IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE 7 MILLION NEXT YEAR BUT THE FAG CRY BABAY IS UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEY MADE HIN THE FRANCHISE PLAYER AND WILL NOT PLAY AGAIN FOR THE BEARS AND WILL LOSE HIS 7 MILLION NEXT YEAR UNLESS THEY TRADE HIM.HE SAID HE WILL PLAY FOR THE COACHES AND TEAMATES BUT NOT THE FRONT OFFICE PERSONAL. WELL I SAY GOOD BY THEN YOU ASS HOLE YOU BIG CRY BABY. WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD REFUSE TO PLAY WHEN GETTING PAID 7 MILLION. I HOPE HE BREAKS BOTH LEGS AND NEVER PLAYS AGAIN. That's messed up! You have linemen who don't even make a mill a year that take the biggest beatings of all and they don't get any glory what so ever. Did you know the average life ecpectancy for an NLF lineman is like 55 years, that's it. Because of all the fat they are forced to put on and the stress they are forced to go through just takes decades off of their heart, literally! You don't see those guys *****ing, but these spotlight players ***** and complain over not making an extra mill. Well, some guys don't even make one mill you cry baby mother phukers, so shut the hell up! Some of these guys make me sick! What happened to the love of the game? Yes, I know their agnet takes a cut and their insurance has to be outrageous, but what about the love of the game. There's no rule that says you 'must' have an agent. You could take the contract to an attorney and say 'read this, expalin it to me and I'll give you $20k.' Some of these guys get agents who will do the negotiationg for them because they don't want to do it themselves. I remember back in the 70's when football players were real mean who played because they loved the game. They made so little money that most of them had jobs on the side, that's heart, that's love for the game. Now, it's just business. Those guys in the 70's had inferior padding, inferior helmets and they played hurt year round. They were men, not cry babies. Ronnie Lott was probably one of the last real mean. I mean seriously, cut's off the tip of his finger so he can play. That's love for the game right there!

Sit back and relax. He will probably turn out like the old Eagles Franchise player, Jeremiah Trotter. We wanted to pay him like $6 million a year, with an $11,000,000 signing bonus. He wanted more. We said "Phuque you", and sent him to the Redskins, who eventually cut him. The Eagles got him back for league minimum!! Sweet irony

Guys you would do the SAME exact thing if you were Briggs

a) briggs aint gonna complain about 7 million a yr

b) if HE gets a serious injury next year the bears could say **** YOU LANCE !! your wont be as good as you were so heres the door with no $$... he doesnt want a HUGE contract but he wants security just like you and I would want security in our jobs. its not that bad if you think about it.

i agree i think the players deserve alot of money..theyre making billions for the owners..on the other hand it takes a bit away from some of the players desire and love for the game.
