Also, he lead the SEC for most touchdowns in a season last year and won the Jonny Unitas award. Not bad for his first year as a starter. Also, he's 2 inches taller than Vick which will allow him to see better. I know people keep saying that Schaub will make a great trade but in all honesty, Vick would make a much better trade. There are plenty on teams that would give a first and second round pick for Vick. But like already mentioned, there is too much money and time invested in him. Statistically, he still has another two years before he should be expected to have the west coast offense down pat. Most experts say in takes 5 years to master it and he's had 3. So, we'll see.
First off, anyones passing numbers were better than Vicks. Even guys who never were like Giovanni Carmazzi and Josh heupel had better numbers than Vick! I like your idea of trading Vick. Any team, especially someone like Green Bay, would trade a good receiver and a 1st round pick for him. As far as too much money being invested in him, I don't agree. You want to trade him now, to get out of paying him big $$$ towards the end of his contract. As you are I'm sure well aware, no NFL contract is guaranteed. So before Vick hit's his $15million payday, trade him to someone like green Bay for a Javon Walker and a 2007 draft pick. Could you imagine Crumpler, Finneran, and Walker on the same line, with an accurate passer like Schaub!?!?! WOO! Super Bowl callibur all the way.

They should experiment with him and move him out of position to see what how the defense reacts. Line up asd a qb and swap with a wr thats in motion. I bet the defense flips the hell out and assignments get missed and or confused.
That's what I'm talking about. Total confusion. LOL

PS - I think if they just had Schaub go into the hudle while Vick was in the hudle is would phuk people up. Then the huddle breaks and Vick is in the slot position and run a quick count so the D can't call a timeout and watch the spy freek out. Every team that plays ATL puts a spy on Vick. It's usually one of the LB's. No matter what the play is, he goes where Vick goes. Tampa Bay plays Vick the best. They intentionally close the pocket from the outside and force him to run up the middle where they have two dude just waiting for him.

I agree 100% But, don't count out their two first round WRs they picked up. Those guys are good, they just don't have anyone worth a crap to get the ball to them. Same thing happened with Price. Great WR + bad QB = crappy stats for Price so they cut him. Bad move IMO. Then, you add to that the fact they now have 5 pro bowlers on defense and two new veteran DBs, they would run the damn table. IMO

Ahhh, poor Peerless. He was SUPPOSED to be a pro bowl receiver. But the years in Buffalo and Atlanta made him a league minimum player. I still think he could have some good years ahead of him with a strong team. I'd even take him in Philly!

Walker is with Denver now. Plus, no team on a grass field will have anything to do with Vick. It's dome or nothing baby....Can you say Deeeeeeeeeeeetroit?
