What is the best way to optimize your fat loss?
    ----
❤️Intensity is the key to optimizing fat loss. Intensity can mean different things to different people, but what I am referring to is heart rate.
    ----
As you can see, the higher your rate is during your training, the more fat you can lose. Therefore, I would recommend high-intensity interval training (HIIT) as your very first choice for fat loss. Pairing HIIT with resistance training and a well-formulated diet is the key to a successful program to get you shredded!

not saying that intensity isnt important but you know what most people dont take into account more than anything else? consistency. consistency across the board on everything i feel is the most important in all aspects, training, cardio, deit and rest. even if your diet is a little bit off here and there if you are consistent you can and will be successful. hell it pretty much goes for anything in life as well

That area on many people is a problem area. Now I have some ideas as to why that area is hard to lose the fat and some may or may not agree but here goes. If you put your hand on your belly, it is cooler than the rest of your body. Why is that? Because a lack of blood flow to that area. To lose weight in that area you need to heat it up. One of the old school ways of working on this area was to put Prep H on the area at night and then wrap yourself with plastic wrap. This does a few things. Heats up the areas for an extended period of time and the prep h also helps to shrink tissue. Over time this can make a difference, but you have to get your diet in line and not eat junk.

Thanks I will try that. My macro is pretty good with only a few cheats per month. I have not heard of doing that but it makes sense

to top off on what zilla said. think about this: people all store more fat in different areas and lose fat in some areas faster and more effectively as well. like a lady with a huge butt and legs with a tiny upper body and a small waist. as she transitions into what would be considered a normal or more matching frame, she is going to lean out even more so in her upper torso but slowly lose from her lower. it's a genetic thing man. just have to tighten down the diet a little more or crank on a little more cardio with patience.

if you do some digging through medical research storing fat in the midsection can be indicators of a host of issues in the body. not saying that's the cause but also something to look into. mine when i diet down to compete is lower back/kidney area. it doesnt come entirely off until literally i am about a week or two out. i can be lean as all hell everywhere else and still have a layer of fat there. trouble spots are such a huge pain in the ass and all of ours are different

Albolene. It is a make up remover but works like Prep H wrap

the prep h wrap only pulls out water man. that and the ingredient in it that made that work so well has long been taken out. i cant remember which one it was but they did remove it. hit up tgb or suppz and ask them about a good topical that has good fat burning agents in it. you dont want to just pull water out. it will make it look smaller until you put water back in and then it goes right back haha

now if you want to go the prep h route i would just use vasaline or some other oil based compound and wrap the mid section. it is going to have almost the exact same effect. this is great for shows or photos a day or two prior but other than that nadda or the regular

I’ve tried the preparation H with no results. Might have to try the vasoburn.

yep since they pulled that one ingredient out prep h is worthless for pulling out water.
