My common breakfasts...
1) Eggs and oats
2) Mancake waffles and Mancake syrup
3) oatmeal and chocolate protein powder
4) 3 eggs over easy, venison bacon, wheat toast
5) egg beater omlet w cheese, 2 soy sausage links
6) from scratch protein pancakes

Today's breakfast was a banana and a grilled chicken breast and protein shake.... (i'm out of eggs right now!)
Typical breakfast for me is usually 3-4 scrambled eggs, 1pc of chicken or steak, banana, Omega 3 tabs, flaxseed oil and protein shake. I throw in oatmeal occasionally if it might be a little longer before i know i can eat again. nothing fancy, but right now its helping!
Waffles do sound way better though!"To gain strength on the outside it takes a greater strength within!"
I'm not trying to be better than anyone, I am just trying to be better than who I was yesterday.
