Anyone else read Schwarzenegger's book "Total Recall - My Unbelievable Life Story"? I just finished it and got to say it was pretty damn good. I've always been a huge Schwarzenegger fan, but after reading this book and getting a real insight into his life from childhood till now was pretty motivating. He truly has an unbelievable success story. Definitely recommend reading if you get the chance.

Re: Schwarzenegger's book "Total Recall"
I learned the majority of what I know from Arnold's encyclopedia of weight lifting, I think that was the title anyways. It took me from 126lbs to 204lbs. I've never been trained by anyone, just researched based training with root in Arnold's book. I still have it.Never give up!

Re: Schwarzenegger's book "Total Recall"
Until I read this book I was relying on chain gang bro science, as I was incarcerated when I began lifting. Learning about my specific body type and how to force growth with training specific for my type had been key to my success and gains. Anyone looking to learn would greatly benefit from this read.Never give up!

Re: Schwarzenegger's book "Total Recall"
Yep, the Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding is the most fantastic book on bodybuilding I've ever read. I've read that front to back, his book called The Education of a Bodybuilder, and now most recently his Total Recall book. Every time I read anything of his, it pumps me up and motivates me to the next level. Truly inspiring.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the book. I try to read or watch everything about Arnold. The guy is a huge success and very motivational. Now I just have to get the book.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. George Washington
