i'm looking forward to seeing the new one. I was a HUGE fan of the book, but absolutely loathed the original miniseries version on tv with Richard Thomas and the fake ponytail and the rest of the unspectacular cast. Really looking forward to a movie that's as good as the King book, couldn't put that thing down when i read it.
I think that's what made me like the new one so much. It's rated R and had all the freaky, scary details that went through my head when I read it. Kinda felt like they took "It" right out of the book.
I have to say that I really enjoyed the movie. I don't care for all the slasher movies at all, they have all been over done, but this was great. Reminded me Psycho with building up the drama.
