I have drank green tea for 20 years. I even convinced my mom to switch to grean tea 10+ years ago. I don't believe it is effective at all!
We both usually make a 2 quart pitcher of green tea with 6 green tea bags. I drink 1 every 2 days she goes through 1 a day.Comment

I got a lotta' teas that my Mom gave me, I'm going to try drinking them more often like I should.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
