Giving it your "ALL"

We often hear ourselves, and others, say "give it your all...your best". Realistically it is not for anyone to decide what another persons all, or best, is. Many people have the all or nothing attitude, myself included. Now that is not a bad expectation, but I feel that what may be one's all on a certain day may not be their all on another? There are so many factors that come into play when we give it our all... Only the person knows how much they are giving and if there are other things contributing to that, that may be all you can give at that moment. I believe I can always do better but to get down on ourselves will not help us grow. Live in the moment!!

i would like to think i give my all in everything i go after. at least all that i have in that moment in that day. you always have to get to your uncomfortable zone and try to push past it as far as possible within reason. that should be applied to every aspect of life in general
