Anything that does what it says is banned, never released, or pharma takes it over and you pay out the assshhhh.. The US is good for that.

true BUT! the USA has more nobel prizes for medical research than pretty much all the other countries combined. the USA has created more new drugs by 3 times than Canada and europe combined (china actually does more research than europe)
it is a trade off. want innovations? make it worth a corporations time and keep it privatized.
countries with socialized medicine like Canada have little impact of new drugs as research is paid for by the people and not profits.
big pharma has too much power but i would rather live here and if I need an MRI for a hurt shoulder I can get in and get one in 2 days rather than 6 months"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

This is true! But even with insurance it cost a few dollars. So hopefully you have it to spare. What i pay for insurance weekly is a good bit. But i still need to fork over almost 900 dollars.
