Secretary of State Rex Tillerson vowed Tuesday that the U.S. would "never accept a nuclear-armed North Korea" while U.S. and South Korean forces held joint ballistic missile drills after the Communist nation successfully tested an intercontinental ballistic missile.

Russia, "crazy like a fox" dictatorship. They have tons of weapons, resources, Russians are smart and crafty, plus they love it when N Korea is causing problems for the US and its allies. if he keeps it up and china doesnt step in we are going to be in one hell of a big mess. sanctions are bull shit and have been since the 50s and obviously that's not working. only 2 options i see 1- put more pressure on china to fix it or 2-military or covert action
