as a matter of fact i saw this yesterday. dude is prob 180lbs with 20-30 of it ffrom anadrol bloat and wearing a tight pink tank and boy shorts(yes a dude) he is showing this poor chick jm presses. well what he calls his version of them on his knees like a shoulder press.

Now I don't mind lifting weights with a partner , but when u have 6 dudes on one bench press , and all they're doing is standing around talking about this that and the other , with none of them actually lifting , get the fuck away from the bench , I NEED IT !!!

I'm not going lie , I do barbell curls at a squat rack , there's like 5 of them , so I use one when it's open !!!
But when I'm at the gym there's hardly people there so I think I'm allowed to I guess . Plus I'm not a noob , I actually go to Train , not stand around scratching my ass !!!
