  • Fixing rock chips in paint

Anyone have any experience with this? I drive a lot of highway miles to and from work and found a couple rock chips on the front of my hood. My truck is black and the little spots where the rocks hit stand out. (At least to me lol) I've seen the touch up paint and such, but just curious if anyone has any experience with that and did it really work? Hoping there is a painless way to touch it up pretty easily.

I still haven't done anything for these. I've seen several how to videos, but most didn't seem like a good permanent fix. There were a few that seemed very professional and I liked the end result, but it involved sanding and I just don't feel like I'm experienced enough to even try that. Somehow, I know I'd screw that up lol.
