My toe is healing. only hurts when I wear shoes. I tape it up, I put neosporin on part of a cotton ball and tape over the top. does not hurt to pull off. I ran yesterday and it was OK.

come on trixie, karma is just a premise that if you do goot things, good things will come back to you. not BS, it is a good way to live regardless of faith. Kinda like "do unto others" I know there is no part after that says "including spiders"

I did the same with neosporin and tape but used a paper towel and wrapped whole toe. Maybe a week most i didnt notice it unless it was a like direct hit or got caught on a sock or something.

oh man, i feel way better. turned a corner for sure. i can touch it and it is kinda hard now. far less sensitive. went to train last night was blasting kicks with no prob (other than my old ass might have tweaked my back)

i tape it. not really too bad to be honest. my toe has a real small nail on it. this is way better than breaking a toe

Holy s#it ! I woulda' tripped out too !!! I just hate those things, I remember when I lived in Texas, I used to wake up and have these big nasty welts on me cause of those damn things ! Sorry to hear about your toe Jipped.
