Re: Trump reportedly insists healthcare replacement will have 'insurance for everybody'

Making people who cant afford health insurance to pay a huge fine was one of the most evil things Obama ever did. I hate Obama. Most despicable piece of shit we ever had as a president

Big promises are fine, but what matters is what you actually pay and how fast you’re seen. When I left a company plan, my premium jumped and I trimmed outpatient cover to keep it affordable. Private got me an MRI in a week, but I still rely on the NHS for emergencies.

For my mum after retiring, we raised the excess and chose a cheaper hospital list to keep costs sensible. The virtual GP has been handy.

If you’re in the UK and weighing options, this page helped me: https://premierpmi.co.uk/health-insurance-for-retirees/. Independent and FCA regulated, which made the advice feel straight.
