you watch Family Feud for a couple hours every night together. We laugh and Fuzo calls peoples lots of names. I love game shows that pick your brain. the game show channel is our go too when there is nothing to watch

Before I do any weights I have to put on screaming hot and arctic balm, warm up on a treadmill for twelve minutes and do a series of arm circles, lateral raises and rotator cuff work.

You are the creepy old muscled guy who does a bunch of warming up before pulling a muscle. Much respect and as we get older we need to warm up. The more muscle you have the more you need to warm up. While I won't deny I'm not one of these twenty something's in the gym people are usually very surprised when I tell them I'm 41. I definitely have learned to try and be smart because it seems every decade things change with our bodies, hell every year after forty has brought a new issue. I have arthritis where the color bone meets your shoulder joint, calcium in my right delt, bursitis in my right elbow, I had an umbilical hernia repaired over the summer and my knees suck.
