  • Thank you

I just want to say thank you to all who have kept in contact with me and checking up on me these past 6 almost 7 months. It's been rough for myself as well as my daughters. I've tried putting on a happy face around my daughters as well as my family but my friends know I've been off. I have trouble sleeping, almost no energy and generally have been depressed. I've tried a few times getting back into the gym but I can't focus for shit and end up losing interest cuz of it and so I'm back to looking sloppy as fuck. My oldest daughter and I are both in therapy, she's doing a bit better. The dr suggested I take some anti depressants but I don't want to due to the side affects. I'm currently on trt with my dr and am thinking about searching for a dr that does gh therapy in hopes that my energy levels get back to normal. Anyway I'm babbling. I just wanted to say thank to those of you on here and my other forum for checking up on me.

    Re: Thank you

You are a giant amongst men Manny. Your tragedy resonated with me. I lost my mom 1.5yrs ago. I can't imagine my spouse but I am very empathetic to your situation. We are all here for you. If you need anything just shout.

And I'd consider HGH. I've seen the effects personally and dosed correctly it does wonders. My mother used to be on anti depressants and my father now is. They work well IF taken correctly and if you have an imbalance. There really is no med for event depression from my experience. It's just a bad bad time but your strength gives others hope.

      Manny

It is great to hear from you. I understand how hard this must be. You will regain that strength but it will take time and all the time you need...take it. While an anti- depressant may help you cope and get you out more I feel it works best along with therapy. Which you are already in. All you can do is try and start at a low dose. I can tell you that I have been on a very low dose from the trauma I went though when we lost our baby. I refused to go on it for years after that but is has helped. Do what you feel is best you will know when you may be ready. Know that all us here at FG are here to listen.
