i loved crossfit. video was funny for sure. but did not represent crossfit realistically, it was pretty much just fails.
I have never been so strong and fit. i will say it took a toll on my body. I love BB,power lifting, crossfit equally"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
