Not quite 40 yet but close enough. I know my energy levels in the AM increase greatly when my cardio and conditioning are strong. Might be strong,, and I have a lot of muscle but when I lack cardio capacity my energy decreases significantly.
I am returning to my 4:30-5am workouts this week, will be relying on carbs, PWO, and music to get me going. It has been hard for me due to just wanting to sleep more which I guess I needed it, but my day isn't as productive as it usually would be training in the mornings. Have to train 1-2 times a week with my coach which is one evening and a Saturday midmorning workout...but yeah being 45 or in our 40's I don't feel makes a difference !!!
What sucks is I'm a morning person and most people around here don't roll outta' bed till around lunch,...cept ofcourse the Tweekers who are up doing cardio and stealing s#it.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
Well I know how you all are feeling, Even for me I have fought with sleeping issues all the back to high school. Hopefully you all will be able to see the photos. My morning routine now is take two capsules, 40 min later drink my mix and then throw on my wearable nutrition. Now my sleeping issues are a thing of the past for me.

I have to putz around for about 30 minutes, doing basically nothing but wandering aimlessly (which really is what putzing around is), until my mind fully engages. 47 years old, in the best shape of my life (by a huge margin), but the mind surely is slowly down.
