it is because people think because they are different then they are entitled. that's where the affirmative action bs comes from. the gov dictates in some jobs that you have to have x amount of minorities etc.... to fill positions. they way i look at it is i dont care what you look like, how old you are, where you come from or any other factor. what is important to me is who is the best for the job. that's the person who should get the job. it doesnt matter if they are a woman man or confused as long as they are the best. these things really really irritate the piss out of me
