San Francisco mayor bans city workers from traveling to North Carolina
San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee said in a statement Friday he doesn’t want any city workers to travel to North Carolina unless necessary in wake of its legislation which blocks anti-discrimination for gay, lesbian and transgender people.

um that isnt legal and not to mention if anyone got fired for it they would immediately be making a boat load of money in a law suit against the city. the same city is also a sanctuary city and doesnt even enforce laws on the books. what a crock of shit on both sides not to mention i think i saw on the news that this legislation permitted people of the opposite sex from using bathrooms even though the identified as that sex. well newsflash everyone if you have a penis and dress like a woman you are still a man. just because you feel like and identify as something it doesnt make you that something. so again this is pretty much common sense stuff to me. stupid ass people are ruining the world

this is a city where they have an area right on the main strip where its ok to hang out with your wang out ..yes, you can chill butt ass naked right on the side of the road sip your latte and tan your twig and berries.. so really do you take anything they do that serious.

I have to work in SF almost every month for 2 to 7 days. That place is a political correctness nightmare but it is changing. The rich tech folk are slowly pushing out the poor and homeless. A tiny studio, in a bad area (Tenderloin area for those who know SF, a total crap hole) is 2500 hundred a month!!!! And someone mentioned the nude people who walk around the Castro (fairy land) is just disguising. I dont want to be eating and see some old ass man in shoes and every else is naked as a jay bird!!! Maybe states should ban people form traveling to SF!!!!

they been slowly pushing the homeless and section 8 out for years... it aint working . in SF if your homeless you put your name in at the office(I forgot which one.) and you get a check for 300 something biweekly I think... been a while that's why the homeless flock there well that and the weather.. SF also is rent controlled which at one time kept lower income folks in the city.. here about the fires going on there...
I spent my time in the mission and that place has changed drastically for the better but shit... half the city is in Chinese now.. might have to pick up on some mandarin..lol
