Biden argued against weighing Supreme Court nomination during 1992 campaign
Senate Republican leaders Monday seized on comments made by Vice President Joe Biden 24 years ago, during which the then-senator from Delaware said the Senate should not consider a Supreme Court nominee during an election year.

both sides do it and it shows how big of hypocrits they all are. the only people on the planet that you can show them saying something on tape and they will either deny it or spin it to blame someone else. they are the scum of the earth and should all be locked up.
here is a novel idea about the supreme court: just like the justice dept the high court isnt supposed to be politicized. so if you are caught politicing in your practices it should be an automatic 10 years in prison, oh and the people have to option to vote your firing regardless. i still cant figure out how you can use your beliefs to enforce law and or the constitution. it's all pretty black and white to me. our gov and country is in a sad f'n state
