that is a great project, I am afraid it just will not last. Much like most neighborhood watch groups people have to work to earn a living. it gets in the way of helping.
want to stop the violence in Chicago? Eliminate the "thug" mentality of so many young people in the inner city. The drop out rate in highschool is WAY higher than the national average because school is not "cool"
