    While my bb goals are not my main priority I do still have some pretty specific goals in mind and I do want to share them. I have been struggling to get to 230lbs for a few years. I got there once but only for a day or two and it wasn't a good 230. My journey began 21yrs ago at a bw of 132lbs. I am currently 220lbs with very acceptable bf although I do have a little bit of a turtle shell going on. My goal ultimate goal for this year is to shatter 230 and go for 240lbs. While I may fall short I'm optimistic about breaking 230. I have never been more committed to my meal prep and getting meals in. If I can get close to 240 by the summer then I will compete in the men's over 40 class at the npc ny state Grand Prix in October.
    I'm sure many of you are thinking "why are you so
    Obsessed with that weight?" It's not the weight per se but the proportions that that kind of size represents for someone who is 5'10". 240 would mean id probably diet down to the 2teens which is respectable but still not bb huge. When I competed in 2005 I weighed 176.2 on stage. I would love to see myself 40lbs heavier on stage.

        I want to be the best single father to my son and my ex-stepdaughter ever and keep lifting harder than ever. My goal is to always be a staple in my kids' lives and bbing a staple in mine.
