I will enter but I want everyone freshly shaved on Oct 31st. need the rules, I haven't entered a contest since Superbowl when I predicted the exact score of the game: witch was totally unfair for me to enter. This may be a challenge for me. LOL ~Trixie~
Yeah I love it too. I do it all: Safety Razor, Single Edge Razor, Straight Razors. I restore old razors and brushes as well as make my own brushes and soaps. Its cool that I get to do my job (marketing) for a company that's business is one of my favorite hobbies! Im very lucky man!
indeed. my brother collects old safety razors. he uses them too. i used to have bad ingrown hairs until i started using a safety razor. 3-6 blade razors were messing me up

Yeah its amazing how much better the safety razors are for guys with that issue in particular.
I have quite the collection of razors myself. DE Safety Razors, SE Safety Razors, Old Schick Injectors & Straight Razors. Its quite the passion of mine, collecting and restoring and using vintage razors of all types. I also do a lot of honing of straight razors for people as well.
You got me started , LOL, I will shut up now or I will talk everyone's ears off about this stuff!
Since we are talking razors, my parents just gave me one of my Grandfathers razors he used to work with as well as an antique mustache stand and a couple other tools. Not sure of its worth but it is worth a lot to me because it was his. Made in Germany..so it's good, lol
Very nice! I am using one of my father's old safety razors. It is funny calling it a safety razor when we normally think of a razor as being one of the 3 or 5 bladed ones around today, but compared to that straight razor, it was VERY safe!

When I first started doing hair, we learned how to use a straight razor. Definitely cleaned the neck a lot closer but I then used the battery neck trimmer, lol
I went as Chris Pratt as Owen from Jurassic World for Halloween, so I shaved my beard down to just the mustache and lower goatee on a 5 on my trimmer and then the stubble around it on a 2.
I feel pretty confident that I could shave clean today and still grow a thicker beard than some with a 4 day head start on me, though lol
So where are these details? I may be interested in hacking this thing off and competing. I haven't done a No Shave November since college!
Ive got a wedding mid November and my wife would kill me if I showed up all scruffy. Plus I'd sooner get shot out of a cannon into a cactus patch then go to this stupid wedding.
