    That sucks bigtime Bro ! man I'm sorry for your pain but I know you're a tough young guy that deal with it. I hate working with rookies they just don't have the skills or control in them yet, and I'm allways watching out I don't get a knee blown out again or something. I hope everything gets better for ya soon as I know it will. Get out there, pound a cold one, and kill ya some fish !

        I feel great. splints were taken out tuesday, swelling down. I can breathe! i slept like a baby last night. pain is at a 2 unless i sneeze. nose does not bleed anymore. spent the day useing saline to soften up the nasty clots and such. by the eve i was pretty clear.

        when the doc pulled out the splints it was like having a baby out of my nose! those things were HUGE! think an elongated teaspoon up one's nose. he had to brace his left hand on my forehead and pull.

        told my coach no more head sparring. unless i have a full face headgear which i hate as you cannot see very well.

        now it's time to work on my back, epidural injection into my bad disc tomorrow

              Damn it bro. I dont know how I'v avoided it, but I've never broken my nose. I've broke pretty much everything else. I hope you heal up ok.
